Request permanent deletion of your Wise Fam account and your associated data. Limited exceptions for AI educator questions and support conversations are noted below.

📋 What gets deleted

Your account credentials and profile
All cycle tracking data and daily logs
BBT charts and fertility predictions
Community posts and interactions
Subscription and payment records

ℹ️ What may be retained

Questions you asked the AI educator (and the answers it gave) may be kept with the link to your account removed, solely for safety and quality review, and are deleted automatically after about 90 days. Any message flagged by our safety filters has its original text redacted.

Your support conversations may be kept indefinitely, with the link to your account removed, for internal support and service analysis; any attached diagnostic/device info is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
